I did a nice little cucumber salad with CSA cukes earlier this week, which turned out well.
I've gotten so used to CSA chard in the last two years that I actually found myself regularly buying chard in the off-season this winter -- which I never would have believed a couple of years ago (you can chop up chard and put it in almost anything, honestly -- I could cook with it three times a week and not feel put-upon).
