One True Brussels Sprouts

iron_chef_csaSadly, my CSA last year did not provide me with brussels sprouts. This seems wrong in Minnesota, as brussels sprouts grow onna stick. Since I have to get them from the store anyway, I figured I might as well post this now. I am not sure I could make them any other way:
Rinse brussels sprouts and cut in half
Steam for 3.5 minutes
Toast sesame seeds in oil
Toss sprouts with sesame seeds, oil, soy sauce, and a pinch of sugar

P.S. Microwaving tightly covered = steaming. May need to adjust cooking time for microwave size.
